Our mission at Give to Heal is to connect with trauma-informed
practitioners who can help begin the healing process.
Yoga opens you up to feeling every aspect of your body’s sensations. It’s a gentle, safe way for you to befriend your body, where past trauma is stored. Yoga practices are offered in a group setting or one-on-one.
Healing touch can be very powerful when you are impacted by trauma. Our trauma-informed massage therapists, reflexologists, and gifted estheticians provide healing touch practices. This allows you room to move from the fight-or-flight response to the healing state of rest and relax.
Access to a nature-based therapy provides your body a safe space to find balance. Nature can truly be healing. Here you will find goats, dogs, chickens, and cats that roam the gardens. An amazing opportunity to sit and/or work in the garden, communing with plants and animals.
